About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented second-year law student to join our team as a Summer 2026 Law Clerk, supporting our agricultural Labor & Employment practice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working closely with attorneys on a wide range of employment-related matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site (this is not a remote position)
• Availability to work during regular business hours
• Copy of transcript (unofficial or official)
• Currently enrolled as a second-year (2L) student at an accredited law school
• Strong academic performance and excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information

Nice To Haves

• Prior coursework or demonstrated interest in labor and employment law
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on labor and employment law issues
• Assist in the preparation of pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Review and summarize case law, statutes, and administrative regulations
• Support attorneys in case preparation, including organizing case files and exhibits
• Attend client meetings, depositions, and hearings when appropriate
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the legal team
