About The Position

CELSIUS is seeking driven, high-performing students to join our Marketing team for an immersive Summer Marketing Internship experience at our headquarters in Boca Raton, FL. This hands-on program provides real exposure to cross-functional marketing strategy within a high-growth CPG environment. Interns will contribute to meaningful projects that support national campaigns, brand partnerships, and product activations while gaining insight into how a dynamic brand scales. The role reports to the Manager, Brand Marketing.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at a U.S.-based college or university (Marketing, Business, Communications, Sports Management, PR, or related field).
  • Currently enrolled in full-time college/university. Junior or senior in college at the time of application.
  • Available to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL, five days per week (occasional weekends as needed).
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Involvement in marketing-related student organizations or projects.
  • Interest in or knowledge of the Food & Beverage / CPG industry.

  • Previous internship or relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with the CELSIUS brand and products.

Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional marketing initiatives across brand, partnerships, and activations.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to develop actionable insights.
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging opportunities.
  • Contribute to campaign planning and project execution.
  • Present progress and final project insights to team leadership.
  • As CELSIUS continues its rapid growth, responsibilities may evolve to align with business priorities.
