About The Position

Primary Objective: To provide students enrolled in summer school with an engaging and enriching classroom experience. Each summer school teacher must have a demonstrated track record of propelling student academic growth and mastery in public schools.

Summer School Details Summer School Dates: June 1, 2026 to June 26, 2026 Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:45 PM Available Positions - ELA Teacher and Geometry Teacher

Requirements

• Appropriate certification required
• Teaching experience
• Consideration will be given to staff available for the entire summer school session (exceptions for emergencies only)

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans
• Inspiring students to expand their sphere of knowledge, and to grow in ways they were not able to during the past school year
