About The Position
The Youth Development Professional leads daily after-school programs and activities for youth ages 5–18. You’ll bring creativity, structure, and energy to support kids in academics, recreation, arts, and leadership — making every Club Day fun, engaging, and safe.
Requirements
- Mustbe at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GEDrequired.
- 1+yearof experience working with youth preferred.
- Strong communicationand teamwork skills.
- Must pass backgroundcheck.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise engaging programs and activities.
- Facilitate lesson plans that support academic and personal growth.
- Encourage participation and positive behavior among members.
- Supervise youth tomaintaina safe, inclusive environment.
- Support Club events, field trips, and family nights.
- Collaborate with staff, families, and volunteers.
