Experience with design-building or CM/GC (Construction Manager at Risk) delivery for these projects is a definite plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software. Safety standards knowledge including OSHA 30 or greater. Self-starter with the ability to set and ensure goals and tasks with strong leadership goals. Qualifications Oversee all field operations related to civil, structural and mechanical scopes on water / wastewater treatment plan construction projects Create a proactive safety culture that encourages “safety first” thinking and performance. Lead subcontractor coordination and ensure work aligns with safety, quality, schedule, and contract standards. Direct and sequence work involving earthwork, trenching, underground utilities, structural concrete, and mechanical piping/equipment Develop and maintain project schedules, including short-interval and specialty schedules, to ensure timely completion of project tasks. Oversee daily field operations and manage site personnel and subcontractors Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth execution Ensure customer satisfaction through project completion and turnover Resolve field issues, RFIs, and change orders quickly and effectively Quality Control: Ensure precision in formwork, concrete placement, curing, and finishing, pipe installation, mechanical equipment, while maintaining durability and compliance with the project requirements. Maintain daily communication with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to address field challenges and optimize productivity Assist with developing and updating 3-week look-ahead schedules and overall construction timelines Lead daily huddles and monitor jobsite progress, quality control, and workforce efficiency Review plans and submittals, coordinate material deliveries. Conduct regular safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards. Enforce and monitor site safety practices, including Pre-Task Plans and compliance with OSHA standards Have a thorough understanding of and ability to maintain a current, complete set of project documents, blueprints, revisions, specifications, and related items. Requirements
