We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to work on jobs throughout California, who thrives in fast‑paced environments and takes ownership of every phase of the project. You’ll lead and supervise all aspects of assigned Retail Big Box projects from mobilization through punch list and demobilization — ensuring safety, quality, and clear communication every step of the way. You’re someone who is hands‑on, solutions‑oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional work. Requirements

  • 6+ years of construction experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong working knowledge of all trades and the ability to read/interpret plans and specifications
  • Prior experience as a foreman or journeyman preferred
  • OSHA 30‑hour certification (or equivalent)
  • CPR & First Aid certified
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project or a similar scheduling tool
  • Beginner to intermediate experience with Procore or comparable platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital documents, images, and related tools

Nice To Haves

  • Retail project experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day field operations and ensure all work is performed safely
  • Coordinate scheduling, subcontractor activities, and workflow on site
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and team members
  • Ensure project quality standards are met from start to finish
  • Manage cost control for general conditions
  • Prepare and maintain required project documentation
  • Lead fast‑paced projects operating six days a week with hard completion deadlines
