Project FIND’s mission is to provide low- and moderate-income and homeless seniors with the services and support they need to enrich their lives and live independently. Today Project FIND operates three supportive housing residences that are home to about 600 people and four senior centers with over 3,000 members. Our members and residents range from the healthy and active to the frail and homebound to the homeless. Please visit our website at: www.projectfind.org Job Summary: The Superintendent is a live-in operations position. The superintendent is responsible for all aspects of maintenance and upkeep in the building. This position is responsible for supervising a staff of handypersons and porters, working in an on-call capacity during off hours and utilizing the work order system to care for issues and damages in tenant apartments. The superintendent works in concert with property management staff to make sure the buildings represent that mission of Project Find to provide quality services to tenants. The daily, weekly and monthly duties of the superintendent job shall be prescribed by the Director of Facilities Maintenance.
