Requirements
- 3 years CT clinical experience
- All CT Imaging and protocols Analytical, problem solving skills required
- H.S. Diploma, Certificate of Completion/Degree from an accredited Radiography & CT program, associate's degree preferred but not required
- Current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
- Current- Certification (American Registry of Diagnostic Radiographers) ARRT
- Board Certified in CT Imaging
- Strong Communication and People Skills
Responsibilities
- Prepares staffing plans
- Reviews and approves work schedules to ensure adequate staff coverage around the clock
- Projects staffing needs
- Flex staff when needed to work within metrics
- Interviews and assists with hiring the right employees to fill vacant positions
- Resolves staffing issues
