Position Overview: As the Supervisor, BMW Military STEP , you will oversee the daily operations of the Custom Training Group (CTG) and BMW training sites. You’ll be the primary point of contact for BMW National and Regional managers, ensuring that a high-quality technical curriculum is delivered flawlessly while managing budgets, facility logistics, and a team of professional instructors. Strategic Collaboration: Maintain constant communication with BMW National/Regional Managers to coordinate logistics, staffing, and vehicle availability. Team Development: Recruit, hire, and mentor instructors, providing performance feedback and annual evaluations to maintain a high-performance team. Curriculum Oversight: Collaborate on OEM-aligned curriculum development, ensuring all lesson plans and hands-on activities meet BMW’s rigorous standards. Student Success: Monitor student performance and engagement, providing academic counseling and oversight of housing logistics to ensure program completion. Other Duties assigned Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required (bachelor’s in business or education preferred). Experience: Minimum 5 years of recent experience with BMW-specific products (Required) Minimum 3 years in a dealership or educational facility. (Required) Minimum 2 years as a Custom Training Group instructor or other relevant experience (Required) Certifications: ASE Master Technician and Manufacturer-specific OEM certifications (Required) Once hired, you have one year to complete and reach master AC status. Valid, State issued Driver’s License. (Required) Skills: Project Management: Proven ability to independently manage complex tasks, budgets, and facility assets in a fast-paced environment. Leadership Skill: Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities with the emotional intelligence to navigate complex organizational dynamics. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 5 years of recent experience with BMW-specific products (Required)
  • Minimum 3 years in a dealership or educational facility. (Required)
  • Minimum 2 years as a Custom Training Group instructor or other relevant experience (Required)
  • ASE Master Technician and Manufacturer-specific OEM certifications (Required)
  • Once hired, you have one year to complete and reach master AC status.
  • Valid, State issued Driver’s License. (Required)
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex tasks, budgets, and facility assets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities with the emotional intelligence to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • Experience facilitating training sessions and using multimedia tools to deliver technical content effectively
