Job Summary KBR is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for a temporary position from May 30, 2026 - August 2026. Based in Fort Knox, Kentucky, this role requires a commitment of at least 70 hours per week. Roles and Responsibilities As a Food Service Supervisor, you will oversee the operation of a military dining facility (DFAC), coordinating and supervising staff to ensure seamless service to military patrons. Your responsibilities include providing direction to chefs, cooks, and food service workers, maintaining equipment efficiency, and planning weekly work schedules. You'll play a crucial role in menu planning, preparing weekly menus for review and approval by the Food Services Manager. Additionally, you'll operate a motor vehicle as required to fulfill job duties. We're looking for candidates with strong leadership skills, capable of effectively managing a team and maintaining high standards of service.
