We’re actively seeking a talented Customer Service Supervisor to join our Annuities Customer Service team in Omaha, NE or Newport Beach, CA. This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by leading and developing a team of customer service representatives. You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of 10-12 people within Consumer Markets Division Life Service Solutions. You will work closely with a team of supervisors and managers in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • SIE and Series 6 license required
  • Proven coaching and leadership experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, resourcefulness and accountability

  • Knowledge of Pacific Life Insurance products
  • Call center experience
  • Team management experience

Responsibilities

  • Actively coaching your team to meet benchmarks for quality and productivity
  • Meeting with staff regularly to focus on skill development and performance
  • Creating a pipeline of talented staff ready for future roles
  • Collaborating with peers on responding to escalated service requests
  • Participating in interviewing new hires, identifying talent, and onboarding new staff
  • Collaborating on workflow to ensure great service is delivered in a timely manner
