Responsible for shaping the experience of each Parts Town customer, the Supervisor, Customer Solutions (A.K.A. Captain, Parts Experts) is a voice to the way that Parts Town is changing the industry ! The Customer Solutions Specialist Supervisor will support internal team members by serving as the primary point of contact for training and guidance. This person will support the day-to-day functions related to the operations of the I-Team.

Requirements

  • You have at least 1 year of mentorship, Team Lead, or Supervisor experience (preferably in a customer service role)
  • You exhibit stellar organizational skills and intermediate computer skills
  • You pay close attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You have an outgoing, positive, team-spirited, one-for-all personality
  • You get excited about teaching and guiding team members throughout the Parts Town experience while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor (no zombies, please!)
  • You think outside the box and are always looking to innovate!
  • You might even say your middle name is “Above and Beyond”
  • You’re an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)
  • You have a quality, high speed internet connection at home

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily workflow of the Customer Solutions Specialists
  • Coaching and developing team members, fostering a positive team environment, evaluating, and developing internal processes central to parts identification, pricing management and building strong customer relationships.
  • Supporting internal team members ’ personal growth and development as they progress through their Parts Town journey.
  • Evaluating and improving existing processes
  • Effectively collaborating with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding the customer’s needs and finding solutions that satisfy the customer and our company.
