About The Position

We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Supervisor, Entertainment Technical Services to lead the technical execution of entertainment A/V systems across our venues, events, and daily performances. This role blends technical expertise with leadership, ensuring reliable, high‑quality show delivery that elevates the Guest experience. The Supervisor supports the design, equipment selection, programming, and operation of audio, video, lighting, and show network systems. This position may also serve as Front of House Audio Engineer (A1) for internal shows and select external events. Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with live entertainment A/V systems
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a technical environment
  • Expertise with digital audio consoles, show networks, and live event troubleshooting
  • Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced entertainment settings
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to collaborate with performers, production teams, and technical staff
  • Flexibility to support daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday operations as needed

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and resolve audio, lighting, and video system challenges in dynamic environments.
  • Lead and support technical staff to ensure successful daily operations and event execution.
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, safety, and quality of all A/V equipment in alignment with TEG brand standards.
  • Serve as A1 Audio Engineer for daily shows and special events as needed.
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot digital/analog audio consoles, analysis tools, and editing software.
  • Configure and manage back‑of‑house audio systems, including speaker and line array deployment.
  • Monitor and manage microphone frequencies and placements for consistent performance.
  • Assist with A/V hardware/software installations, updates, and system upgrades.
  • Provide technical support for live shows, rehearsals, and special events.
  • Collaborate with performers, talent, and production teams on technical needs and schedules.
  • Ensure consistent show quality across multiple daily performances and venues.
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point during live operations.
  • Conduct daily pre‑show, post‑show, and system readiness checks.
  • Mentor Entertainment Technical Crew Members to support skill development and growth.
  • Support integrated show systems, including audio, video, lighting, and networked control environments.
  • Operate LED, projection, playback, and IMAG systems as required.
  • Operate Behringer X32, X Air 18/16, and Midas M32 consoles.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
