Supervises and coaches' staff to maintain exceptional service and hospitality in a customer service-oriented environment. This is a full-time varied shift position, 5:30am-1:30pm, 11:00pm-7:00am and 1:00pm-9:00pm including weekends and holidays, located at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital
