Under the general direction of the Manager of Support Services, the Food Services Specialist assist in managing and coordinating the operation of a large and/or multiple food service production/service unit(s). Prepares and serves food as needed. All employees are expected to be pleasant, respectful and courteous in all interactions with patients, families, staff, and visitors of the Institute, as well as being a positive representative of the hospital at all times.
