We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Food Service Leader to join our Patient Food Service team at a UPMC Montefiore known for excellence in patient care, innovation, and clinical quality. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the patient experience every day. This position will have a shift time of 12 pm - 8:30 pm. The Patient Food Service Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional patient meal experience—from menu selection to tray delivery. This position provides daily operational leadership, supports a high-performing team by leading and supporting the daily operations of the patient meal program, ensuring timely, accurate, and compassionate service. Skills to support this position include Flexibility to monitor workflow and staffing, adjusting assignments to meet patient volumes, and service needs. Collaborative to partner with clinical teams in support of specialized diets and patient-centered service. Innovative to contribute to process improvement initiatives that elevate the patient dining experience. Detail orientation to ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
