Responsible for bookkeeping duties for those activities. Provides on-site support to gift shop staff and volunteers. Essential Functions All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose: Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Assists in coordination, training and supervision of gift shop volunteers and staff. Performs bookkeeping duties including recording deposits of daily sales and financial analysis of sales. Assists with the accurate pricing of merchandise and sees that all merchandise is verified, inventoried and bar coded. Assists with the purchase of merchandise for sale in the gift shop. Assists with the display of merchandise and restocking of shelves. Oversees purchase of gift shop supplies. Assists marketing and event planning of promotions and sales in the gift shop. Assists with scheduling of staff. Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities This is a supervisor job which may have direct supervision of team members which may include hire/termination authority, disciplinary authority, and performance management responsibilities. May have budget input or responsibilities. Job is not considered a member of management staff.
