About The Position

Reports directly to the PRCS Program Manager and assists with data collection, Quality Assurance, and reporting to L.A. County Probation. Acts as the primary supervisor of case managers. In conjunction with the Program Manager, performs all aspects of management, including training and evaluating case managers. Is directly responsible for coordination of case manager community based provider caseload assignments and Quality Assurance of assessment of community based providers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Administrative Responsibilities: Train component new hires, supervising, scheduling and monitoring of the case managers, including addressing Human Resource issues.Coordinate and oversee quality control of community service delivery.Monitor quality assurance within HR360 and contracted community programs.Screen project documents and records.Maintain communication with LA County Probation personnel for participant progress reports, status review, placements, PRCS compliance and strategic development between HR360 and community service agencies.Assist with program implementation, quality assurance evaluation and modification.Consult on placements for repeat/multiple challenging referrals.Work as a team with staff and performs functions that further the program and agency.Other duties as assigned. Documentation Responsibilities: Complete employee performance evaluations.Establish contact with area Supervising and Deputy Probation Officers to build and maintain open lines of communication.Assist with data collection, writing and submitting required reports.Documentation of all clients receiving case management and systems navigation services.Monitor and reconcile mileage and other reports for case managers. General Responsibilities: Dependable automobile and insurance, registration and valid California Driver's License.Other duties as assigned as required by the need of the project.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A valid California driver's license
  • Ability to clear and maintain a background clearance (must be off of Parole or Probation)
  • Culturally competent and able to work with a diverse population
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word Outlook and internet applications
  • Experience working successfully with issues of criminal background, and other potential barriers to economic self sufficiency.
  • Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
  • Professionalism, punctuality, flexibility and reliability are imperative
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Integrity to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Action oriented. Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding ability to follow-through with tasks
