Position Summary The primary responsibility the Supervisor, Inventory will be to supervise the daily activities of the inventory control process. Ensures adequate levels of material and/or product inventories are maintained. Will partner with the manager to evaluate inventory needs and help to implement strategies to meet those needs. Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for daily inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and manage daily cycle counts of all products Maintain accurate inventory levels through daily, monthly cycle counts and annual year-end physical inventories Investigate variances, identify underlying causes of variances, formulate and implement corrective actions Responsible for analyzing movement patterns, performance reporting, and resolving accuracy discrepancies by researching to root cause and implementing change to dissolve issues Read cycle count reports and perform proper research and adjustments to POs, RMAs, TRNs, SOs, profit/loss, etc. Use RF scanner and lift equipment to verify counts Work with the manager to analyze current procedures and will help to develop new procedures to improve operations Will make recommendations regarding department standard operating procedures to improve warehouse efficiency Manage inventory quality and accuracy assurance program including cycle counts Help inventory control team to meet company standards for productivity Ability to work weekends and most holidays Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Qualifications Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in inventory control or cycle counting, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Outlook. Certificates and Licenses: Forklift Certification Position Hiring Range The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time. Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
