About Specialty Program Group: Specialty Program Group (SPG) is the wholesale & MGA division of HUB International (7th Largest Global Broker). SPG acts in a holding company capacity acquiring best in class underwriting businesses to operate independently under discrete brands (portfolio companies). Position Supervisor, Licensing & Contracting Responsibilities Licensing Operations & Compliance Oversee day-to-day licensing activities and requirements for Specialty Program Group to ensure continuous compliance with all states Monitor and maintain current producer license, affiliations, and appointment data in an internal database Process new appointment requests and terminations for Specialty Program Group employees Coordinate the appointment activities for third party brokers and carrier relationships Manage annual compliance follow up activities to support contract requirements Regulatory Research & Communication Monitor changes in state regulatory requirements and communicate updates to impacted SPG employees Perform regulatory research to determine requirements for new states and/or new coverages as business verticals expand Communicate with employees regarding license application data requirements, continuing education, and regulatory inquiries to facilitate the licensing process Team Coordination & Development Supervise and provide guidance to licensing and contracting team members on new & renewal licensing applications for employees, business entities, managing general agencies, risk purchasing groups, carriers, and other required license entities Assist with training and onboarding of team members on licensing processes and procedures Review work quality and provide feedback to ensure accuracy and compliance Support team workflow management and task prioritization Stakeholder Management Serve as a point of contact with state insurance departments, third party vendors, and division leadership regarding licensing and contracting matters Coordinate with newly acquired business leaders to understand licensing needs and ensure smooth integration Manage required affiliation endorsements and changes for existing employees and newly acquired business partners Salary: Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 t0 $90,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Requirements

Responsibilities
