What will I be doing: Direct and coordinate daily work assignments and specific tasks performed by Maintenance Technicians and Grounds persons. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards. Coordinate the maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of all equipment and facilities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to build a safe and welcoming environment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and outstanding guest experiences. Train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to achieve their full potential. Manage inventory and order supplies necessary for maintenance operations. Handle emergency situations promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions. Other duties as assigned. What are we looking for: High School Diploma. 3-5 years of building and/or property maintenance. Valid Driver's license. Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 3-5 years of building and/or property maintenance.
  • Valid Driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • CPO Certification or Experience a plus
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
