Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Based out of Texas Health Dallas Work hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday and available on weekends for support This is a grant funded position and subject to the award and continuation of the contract Here’s What You Need: · Bachelor's Degree Social Services, Public Health, Health Administration, Nursing, or related field required. · 2 Years Community health, maternal health, people supervision, or program operations in a healthcare or nonprofit setting required. · CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 90 Days required. · Prior experience driving large trucks (plus) · Driver’s License (required) · DL - Driver’s License Driving is an essential function of this position. The employee must possess and maintain a valid Texas driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with organizational policy. Upon Hire · BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support 90 Days required. Here’s What You Will Do: · Provides direct supervision for maternal health support staff. Oversees daily work assignments, coverage, and workflow for staff supporting prenatal, postpartum, and centering-based services. Supports onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback in collaboration with leadership. Ensures staff follow established workflows, documentation standards, and patient-centered care practices. Identifies staffing, workflow, or performance concerns and escalates recommendations as appropriate. · Oversees the operational delivery of postpartum and centering-based care models, ensuring proper staffing, space readiness, supplies, and patient flow. · Serves as the primary operational liaison between the WFL Maternal Health Mobile Program and hospital leadership, clinical service partners, and community organizations. · Coordinates site-based operations and service delivery with clinical care teams to ensure seamless care for patients. · Participates in meetings, planning sessions, and site visits related to maternal health service delivery. · Supports collaboration across departments to improve patient access, care coordination, and service continuity.
