About The Position

Join Famous Footwear’s Distribution Center in Lebanon, TN as a 2nd Shift Supervisor. This shift is scheduled for 3pm – 11:30pm, Monday - Friday. In this role, you'll work with RF scanners to pick and pack shipments. In our fast-paced, fun, team-oriented environment, you’ll provide high attention to detail as you meet production goals and celebrate team wins along the way. What will you be doing? Inventory Control: Ensure inventory integrity and systems integrity and execution, while maximizing productivity throughout the distribution center. Meet Production Goals: Ensure product flows in a timely manner and that problems are identified and resolved early in the process. Support the facility operating budget and KPIs by monitoring daily operating goals and focusing on achieving and exceeding those daily goals. Formulate and execute tactical day-to-day operating plans to forecast and plan product flow, adjusting staff on volume and service levels. Inspire Team Collaboration and Development: Provide leadership, training, development and mentorship for leads and future leads. Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands.

Requirements

2+ years of previous Distribution Center experience preferred
2+ years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility
Effective time management skills and positive team player required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
