As a Supervisor PA, you will: Provide high‑quality clinical care to patients in our fast‑paced Neuro‑ICU Serve as a resource and leader for Provider teams Partner with Supervisor PAs and the Chief PA on training, scheduling, staff development, and departmental quality initiatives Help shape a supportive, learning‑focused culture within the unit This role offers a dynamic schedule, rotating days, nights, and weekends, giving you the opportunity to work across varied clinical scenarios and collaborate with a wide interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• Current NYS PA licensure
• NCCPA certification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality clinical care to patients in our fast‑paced Neuro‑ICU
• Serve as a resource and leader for Provider teams
• Partner with Supervisor PAs and the Chief PA on training, scheduling, staff development, and departmental quality initiatives
• Help shape a supportive, learning‑focused culture within the unit
