About The Position

You’ll be responsible for the management of well-rounded recreation programs, student leadership and incentive programs in compliance with government and management directives.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and one (1) years related experience working with youth required preferably in organized recreational activities.
• Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordinate and manage the administrative and student activities services of the department with a diversified program that will attract voluntary participation.
• Develop and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual recreational plans and schedules of activities.
• Coordinate with other center staff pertaining to recreation and social activities.
• Develop, oversee, and conduct physical fitness, recreational and social activities to comply with and support overall goals for students development.
• Develop and maintain personnel shift schedules for programmatic coverage seven days a week.
