Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Three years’ experience as a Staff Therapist.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting.
• State of CA Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy license.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for direct supervision of Therapists and support staff.
• In collaboration with the Manager, oversees operations including assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of the departmental patients in order to ensure that patients and families receive an optimum level of care and service.
• Accountable for providing expertise, leadership, effective communication, staff development and budget support.
