Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree or higher preferred.
  • 6 months experience in revenue audit or similar accounting or gaming function.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing oversight to the day to day Revenue Audit operation.
  • Serves as a leader of employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
  • Supervise the activities of all Revenue Audit employees, assigning work as needed and ensuring accurate, timely reporting of revenue figures and other information.
  • Monitor compliance of revenue activities on the property via the exception process to ensure that all relative documentation is completed in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Assist Revenue Audit Manager with development and implementation of procedural policies for audits, make corrections or revisions as needed and cooperate with internal and external auditors as needed.
  • Assist Revenue Audit Manager with completion of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations,
  • Provide input to the Revenue Audit Manager on team member performance within the department, and coordinate training of Revenue Audit staff.
  • Reviews and approves audit exception reports and ensures responses and resolutions are timely
  • Create financial spreadsheets and update information on a regular basis.
  • Facilitate the flow of information throughout the property, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
  • Provides direction and support for all staff to achieve Company goals and objectives through the fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Endorses the business objectives, ethics and values of the company.
  • Provides appropriate recognition and rewards to individuals and groups when consistent superior performance is attained.
  • Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
  • Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
  • Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Any reasonable request made by your Manager or any management personnel
