This position assists the manager by providing leadership and direction to assigned analysts on the ROPS Setup Team. On top of supervisory responsibilities, this position will be responsible for leading and/or actively supporting the execution of strategic initiatives, process re-design, analytical report development, and special projects. This position has supervisory responsibility and/or has input into decisions concerning the recruitment, training, professional development, performance management including termination, and retention of teammates necessary for the team to achieve key departmental goals and objectives.
