Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in security, loss prevention, military, or law enforcement
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of security systems and investigative practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control
• Lead investigations involving theft, fraud, and security incidents
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
• Provide leadership during emergencies and critical incidents
• Communicate security risks and updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Loss Prevention professionals
