About The Position

As a Table Games Supervisor, you will ensure integrity and compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations relating to this position.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
Must have game knowledge of the following games and rules: Easy Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette.
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
Must pass a math assessment issued by the Company
Must pass a color vision assessment issued by the company
Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills

High Card Flush & Ultimate Texas Hold Em a plus

Responsibilities

Enthusiastically promote a customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at assigned table(s)
Perform accurate chip and cash transactions
Observe, analyze, and maintain the integrity of all table game activity
Ensure all table games employees provide optimum service to all guests
Supervise the appropriate issuance of credit and player tracking
Perform other duties as assigned
