This position is responsible for all daily operations and maintenance activities at the terminal which includes managing rail, pipeline, vessel and truck operations. Related activities include metering, quality control, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, inventory management, agency audits and inspections, and coordinating the movement schedule. This role has a current pay range of $95,000 – $148,000. The listed pay range represents the company’s good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base rate of pay for this position at the time of this posting. The selected candidate’s compensation will be determined based on their work location, qualifications, relevant experience, operational needs, demonstrated performance over time, and internal pay alignment. After-Hours & Weekend Availability: This position requires flexibility to respond to operational needs outside of normal business hours. This may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as situations arise. The Supervisor is expected to be reachable and capable of providing guidance, decision-making, or on-site support when required to ensure continuity of operations, safety, and service standards.
