Supervises and oversees day-to-day activities including implementing protocols and policies and procedures. Manages escalations of complex referrals and internal and external relationship management with high value referring clinicians and unique referring organizations. Establishes work priorities and manages team workload and resources to meet operational goals. The person selected for this role must live a commutable distance to our office in Sacramento and come on site as needed for work, meetings, etc. This is NOT a remote position.
