About The Position

As the Supervisor, Transportation Breakdown, you’ll be the driving force behind our Roadside team’s success. You will be responsible for ensuring operational performance, supporting employee development, motivating breakdown specialists, and maintaining high service standards across the call center.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field (Transportation, Call Center).
• The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience
• Requires strong knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
• To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
• Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.
