ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Supervise and coordinate all FOH Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ensure a high quality of customer service and guest relations Train and manage FOH/Bar personnel Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulation Motivate staff to ensure highest level of energy and sales Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Oversee alcohol ordering, pricing and bar inventory on daily/weekly basis Hire, train and develop FOH/bar staff Ensure all alcohol policy and procedures are adhered to Manage the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals. Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that restaurant is well staffed during peak hours. Hold weekly staff meeting to resolve issues. Work with owners as a partnership on all aspects of business Strong knowledge of food production, kitchen management, and the food industry Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
