Requirements

• Active Washington, DC Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of DC home care compliance requirements
• Excellent assessment, leadership, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Home care or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial nursing assessments for personal care clients
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Perform required supervisory visits of home health aides
• Ensure compliance with DC Department of Health regulations
• Provide guidance, training, and support to field staff
• Monitor documentation and quality standards
• Communicate changes in patient condition appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
