About The Position

The Supplier Compliance Specialist supports Fresh Mark's food safety, supplier
compliance, and auditing programs to ensure all materials, vendors, and internal
processes meet regulatory and customer standards. This role works
cross-functionally to maintain audit readiness, strengthen food safety training,
verify supplier performance, and support documentation management within our
systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years equivalent experience in food safety, quality, or manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with BRC/GFSI audits, CAPA, or supplier compliance.
• Comfort learning and implementing new software
• Knowledge of Trace Gains or similar systems.
