Position Overview The Lead, Supplier Performance Management role will focus on Supplier Performance Management for our global marketing agency partners. The objective for this role is to ensure our agencies consistently deliver against expectations for quality, cost transparency, delivery, innovation, and risk management. The role will work closely with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to establish clear governance, performance metrics, and accountability—so our agency relationships drive measurable value and support our global growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to essential duties; or Associates Degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience.
  • 8+ years of related work experience in Procurement, Supplier Management, Operations or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience leading supplier reviews, escalations, and corrective action processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • CPSM, ISM, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
  • Background in category management, services procurement, or strategic sourcing.
  • Familiarity with supplier risk, ESG reporting, insurance requirements, and contract management.
  • Experience with Source-to-Pay systems, such as Coupa, and supplier risk systems.
  • Experience working with international suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Supplier Governance & Performance Management Lead the end‑to-end supplier performance program, including KPIs, scorecards, business reviews (BRs) cadence, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain standardized supplier performance frameworks, templates, and reporting dashboards.
  • Monitor adherence to SLAs, KPIs, service expectations, and contract obligations across priority suppliers.
  • Facilitate supplier BRs with associated category managers and business stakeholders, ensuring clear documentation of issues, actions, and follow‑up.
  • Continuous Improvement & Issue Resolution Lead structured root‑cause analysis (e.g., 5 Why’s, Fishbone, Pareto) for supplier performance issues and drive corrective actions to closure.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process optimization, and value creation through supplier-managed improvements.
  • Track performance trends and recommend adjustments to category strategies based on data insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Category Managers and Strategic Sourcing to ensure performance data informs sourcing decisions, renewals, and negotiations.
  • Partner with business owners to align supplier KPIs with operational requirements and overall strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate escalation management for high‑impact supplier issues using a tiered escalation framework.
  • Data & Reporting Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting on supplier performance, risk indicators, and improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare materials for senior leadership, including monthly/quarterly operational reviews and supplier governance updates.
  • Maintain accurate supplier records and performance documentation in procurement systems (e.g., Coupa CLM, S2P, Risk platforms, etc).
  • Manages escalations efficiently and provides quick resolutions to business partners and Category Management and Strategic Sourcing team members.

  • Supports and complies with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
