About The Position

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and
supporting end-to-end supply chain operations to drive efficiency, reduce costs,
and improve service levels. This role partners cross-functionally with
procurement, operations, customer service, and finance to ensure data-driven
decision-making and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field required
• 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or data analysis roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency and excellence in data analysis, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred
• experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement across procurement, inventory, transportation, and distribution
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to support business objectives
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend strategies to optimize stock, reduce excess, and prevent shortages
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve demand planning, forecasting accuracy, and supply alignment
• Support vendor performance analysis and assist in supplier evaluation and selection processes
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead or support continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis
• Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and systems enhancements
• Ensure data integrity across supply chain systems and reporting tools
