About The Position
BorgWarner Morse Systems in Ithaca, New York has an opening for a Supply Chain Intern. Work with the Purchasing and Materials groups in the day-to-day functions required to run our business: Interact with & support Purchasing leads in supplier communication, new program launch support, and internal administrative functions Work with Customer Service and Logistics on issues and projects as assigned Candidate will work cross functionally and will require strong communication and relationship building skills. The candidate will gain hands-on experience with purchasing, customer service, and logistics daily functions.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or Graduate student attending an accredited university.
- Sophomore status or higher.
- Individual interested in Supply Chain
- Proficiency in MS Office
Responsibilities
- Interact with & support Purchasing leads in supplier communication, new program launch support, and internal administrative functions
- Work with Customer Service and Logistics on issues and projects as assigned
