THE ROLE As the Supply Chain Compliance Manager, you will safeguard Pure Storage’s integrity by architecting and leading a proactive global regulatory framework. You will bridge the gap between complex international law and agile business operations, ensuring our supply chain remains resilient against evolving trade, human rights, and environmental risks. Collaborating closely with Legal, ESG, and Global Operations teams, you will transform compliance from a requirement into a competitive advantage that enables sustainable growth and ethical sourcing.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in global supply chain regulatory frameworks, including a sophisticated understanding of forced labor laws, trade compliance, human rights due diligence, and environmental social impact requirements.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling compliance programs within a fast-paced hardware or manufacturing environment, with the ability to manage complex projects from inception to audit-ready status.
  • Strategic communication and policy-writing skills, specifically the ability to distill intricate legal requirements into clear, accessible guidance for diverse global teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mastery and technical proficiency in using data visualization and reporting tools to track compliance trends, classify commodities, and drive data-informed risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a resourceful, detail-oriented mindset that thrives when navigating the intersection of manufacturing operations, risk management, and ethical governance.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and govern a comprehensive supply chain compliance program that integrates global regulations into daily operations to ensure 100% adherence to transparency and forced labor standards.
  • Execute high-impact risk assessments and control systems to identify, remediate, and monitor potential liabilities across our contract manufacturing and supplier network, protecting the brand from operational disruptions.
  • Translate complex regulatory shifts into actionable business strategies by serving as the primary subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, ensuring Pure stays ahead of enforcement trends and industry best practices.
  • Drive cross-functional maturity in ESG and due diligence by partnering with Supply Chain and Legal teams to develop robust policies and metrics for annual reporting and ethical sourcing audits.
  • Synthesize compliance data into executive-level insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide leadership with a clear view of our global risk posture and program effectiveness.
