We are looking for someone to fill the position of Supply Chain Coordinator at our Sutherland facility in Dallas, Texas.
Requirements
- 4-5 years experience in manufacturing / production environment
- Detail oriented with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and provide excellent internal/external customer service
- Organized with the ability to multi-task
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Responsibilities
- Work with internal departments to manage inbound purchase orders for production
- Manage daily/weekly cycle counts of inventory
- Prepares regular status reports for Management
- Support shipping department by preparing documents and labels as needed
- Process vendor invoices for payment
- Receive and process inbound containers
- Support department and organization needs through additional duties, as assigned
