The Job We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support distribution, inventory, and order fulfillment operations within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for early-career logistics professionals who enjoy variety in their day, working with customers and internal teams, and building operational expertise. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Logistics experience: At least one year of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations coordination
  • Organization and planning: Able to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Attention to detail: Accurate with documentation, shipment tracking, and operational records
  • Problem-solving: Comfortable making decisions and resolving operational issues as they arise
  • Relationship mindset: Professional and responsive when supporting customer and partner needs, with a focus on long-term service quality
  • Integrity: Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and strong professional standards

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipment schedules and monitor the movement of orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate order, shipment, and inventory records within internal systems
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to confirm order details and resolve issues
  • Review invoices, order documentation, and shipment records for accuracy
  • Track order activity and provide updates to customers and account teams as needed
  • Assist with reporting related to shipment performance, delivery timelines, and inventory activity
  • Support account and operations teams by identifying process improvements and service opportunities
  • Help ensure operational procedures, documentation standards, and reporting requirements are met
