The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating AGCCA’s end‑to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer support. This role supports order management, ERP data integrity, customer master data management, and coordination across key internal functions including business management, warehousing, production planning, quality control, and technical service. The coordinator monitors OTIF performance, facilitates returns and credit processing, and provides departmental backup as needed.
