We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to be responsible for multiple materials management and activities supporting the ongoing development of existing and prospective brands within our book of business.

Requirements

  • Two years’ experience in supply chain, or other Industry equivalent
  • Associates degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Office Suite
  • Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
  • Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to ensure materials (packaging & ingredients) arrive in a timely fashion, prior to production.
  • Review materials on an ongoing basis and work with clients to move materials to 3rd party warehouses when appropriate.
  • Work with receiving on ingredients/packaging to ensure they are accurately accounted for in our system, to tag materials as belonging to the respective client, and to ensure that the ingredients are stored as recommended by the vendor.
  • Ensuring we have Certificates of Analysis for ingredients clients bring in, as well as our own branded product ingredients.
  • Provide inventory reports to clients as requested.
  • Assist finance with information for bills of material creation and costing.
  • Assist the Supply Chain Manager with procurement duties as needed.
