Requirements

  • High school diploma (required)
  • In lieu of 4-year degree, 2-year degree in a relevant field with equivalent work experience (required)
  • 2+ years Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook (required)

Nice To Haves

  • 4-year degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration/Management or other relevant field (preferred)
  • 1+ years Supply Chain Experience (preferred)
  • 1+ years MRP experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Serving as a main point of contact for OEM customers, providing timely updates, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience
  • Managing order entry, tracking, and fulfillment with accuracy using ERP systems and customer portals
  • Collaborating with Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations teams to support product availability, lead times, and smooth order flow
  • Building strong customer relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and reliable follow-through
  • Monitoring key performance metrics such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by following best practices and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and efficiency
  • Performing other duties as assigned
