About The Position

Normal Work Schedule: Hours of Work: -7:00-4:00 or when finished Days of Work: Monday through Friday and some Saturdays Note: The hours of work are established as needed by operations and at the direction of management and are subject to change by management as required.

Requirements

• Participation in a Random Drug & Alcohol Program
• Excellent with data entry and use of computer programs.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Team player with good communication abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Organized.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Handle all load out paperwork and filling including the scale in and out of trucks.
• Responsible for inventory paperwork of railcars.
• Operates in house database system.
• Ensure food grade rules and regulations are being followed.
• Reviews all load paperwork to ensure accuracy before given to Drivers.
• Manages loading schedule.
• Understands the process of the trailer washing system.
