About The Position

As an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) professional, you’ll focus on enhancing and digitally enabling our clients' work and asset management capabilities. You’ll collaborate with high-performing teams to drive growth and deliver exceptional client service, ensuring better working assets. As an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Senior, you will support EY clients in enhancing and digitally enabling their work and asset management capabilities. You will work as part of high‑performing engagement teams, contributing deep functional and technical expertise to deliver quality outcomes across IBM Maximo, Maximo Application Suite (MAS), and related Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with software development and applications development life cycles, along with formal project management techniques
  • Ability to work effectively in a team‑based consulting environment.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on increasing responsibility.
  • Helping to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members, and help them develop.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, including supporting Maximo and/or MAS solution implementations, enhancements, or upgrades with FSM solutions.
  • Working knowledge of FSM processes including work scheduling, dispatch, and execution processes and related FSM technologies.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, reporting, and related technologies.
  • Understanding of software development and application lifecycle concepts.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60+%; valid driver’s license and US passport required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in asset‑intensive industries (e.g., utilities, manufacturing, transportation).
  • Familiarity with asset lifecycle processes (planning, execution, as‑built).
  • Experience with other EAM platforms (SAP EAM, Infor, Oracle).
  • Interest in developing deeper specialization in EAM, MAS, or FSM.
  • EAM Configuration tools experience is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver MAS and related FSM consulting services to EAM clients, contributing hands‑on expertise across implementation, enhancement, and upgrade activities.
  • Execute assigned functional and technical tasks including requirements gathering and documentation, system configuration and setup, testing, and support for deployment and stabilization activities with increasing independence, escalating risks and issues appropriately.
  • Support engagement plans by completing deliverables accurately, on time, and in alignment with defined scope and standards.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Maximo / MAS application functionality and capabilities, EAM / FSM business processes, and how Maximo/MAS can enable those processes to improve performance and outcomes.
  • Interact with client users to gather information, validate requirements, and provide insight into how MAS / FSM native functional meets those requirements versus customization options.
  • Collaborate effectively with EY teammates across functional and technical roles.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly to engagement leadership.
  • Support Managers and Senior Managers by contributing insights, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with peers and junior team members.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge assets and help strengthen EY’s EAM and FSM capabilities.

  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900.
  • The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400.
  • Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
