About The Position

Arcosa, Inc. is seeking a Summer Intern for the Supply Chain team based in our
Dallas, TX Headquarters office. As a Supply Chain Summer Intern, you will assist
the Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain leadership team through hands-on
experience working across multiple projects over an 8 – 10-week period.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Supply Chain intern, you will gain broad exposure to the corporate Supply
Chain functions within a growth-oriented public company.

Requirements

• Seeking bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and communicate effectively.
• Strong time management skills that enable on time project delivery.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and changing environment.
• Self‑starter with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
• Must be able to work in Dallas.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing activities including supplier research, spend analysis, and RFQ preparation.
• Assist in developing dashboards and KPIs to evaluate supplier performance, cost savings, and inventory efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes and supply chain visibility.
• Participate in supplier meetings to gain exposure to negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and supply chain optimization.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
