About The Position

AECOM is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to join our team. This position can be located in several cities, including: San Diego, Tucson, and El Paso.

Requirements

• BA/BS + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Experience on large federal projects
• Due to the nature of this role, US Citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction from ABET accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience in construction management in the engineering or construction industry.
• Relevant Field Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for material planning, delivery sequencing, and inventory management across hubs and sites.
• Coordinate closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Logistics Lead to synchronize procurement, delivery timing, and field demand.
• Provide management to subcontract coordination, equipment and materials team leads, and SCM data controls within the project.
• Develop project specific equipment and inventory storage and control strategies in conjunction with the Divisional Supply Chain Manager.
• Leads the equipment and small tools requirement planning process for the static and dynamic phases of a project.
