About The Position

Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 2) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level B) to join the Supply Chain Fulfillment Team located in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st Shift. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working in a position where priorities changed frequently and Customer Service was critical to the team’s success
  • 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management
  • 1+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
  • 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Access

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry
  • 1+ years of experience with ERPLN, REDARS, CribMaster, SAP, Ariba
  • 1+ years Purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions
  • Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain
  • Coordinates with company customer support representatives, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, warehousing, suppliers and customers
  • Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan
  • Coordinates part number attributes
  • Releases and maintains orders
  • Documents and resolves order delinquencies
  • Reports schedule adherence issues
  • Applies developed solutions to inventory plans
  • Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories
  • Creates schedules for products and services
  • Coordinates and supports process improvements
  • Works under general supervision
